Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available. Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or public holidays.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the following European countries. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address:
Free shipping - Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Slovakia.
Standard rate - €4.99 - Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Slovenia, and Spain.
Standard rate - €6.99 - Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden.
If your country is not listed above, we're not currently able to ship to your location. Please contact us at contact@befit24.eu if you have questions about shipping availability.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are calculated based on your shipping address. Delivery typically takes between 2 and 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and the courier used. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays can occasionally occur due to customs, courier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@befit24.eu.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All of our current shipping destinations are within the European Union, so orders are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. Any applicable VAT is included in the price shown at checkout.
Damaged, lost, or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@befit24.eu as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Because our products contain a built-in lithium-ion battery, please inspect packaging carefully upon arrival and let us know immediately if you notice any damage that may affect the battery.
